The young banker at the customer care unit of an Ecobank branch was approached by a man who claimed to have problem in filling a form. Instead of standing in front of the table. He walked to the seat of the banker placing the piece of paper on the banker’s mobile phone and thereby moving both the paper and the phone after he was attended to. He had left the premises before the banker got to know that his phone had been stolen. Though, the cctv captured the scene but the man was nowhere to be found as he is not even a customer in the first place.
